Key Responsibilities Document Layout:
Design and format pages, brochures, manuals, and flyers, aligning elements with brand guidelines. Typesetting: Adjust fonts, sizes, column widths, and spacing to ensure clean and readable text. Pre-Press Preparation: Check files for correct resolution, CMYK color profiles, bleeds, and formatting errors before final printing. Proofreading: Review text and layouts to catch spelling mistakes, alignment issues, or missing elements. File Conversion: Translate documents across file formats (such as Word to PDF or InDesign to digital formats).
Required Skills & Software Software Proficiency:
Mastery of tools like CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of pre-press production, color management, and printing standards. Attention to Detail: Strong eye for typography, alignment, and error-free layout design. Time Management: Ability to balance multiple projects and meet tight production deadlines.
