Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to generate leads, pitch solar EPC solutions, and close sales under the PM Surya / rooftop solar segment. The candidate will be responsible for approaching businesses, institutions, housing societies, commercial establishments, and eligible customers for solar rooftop installation.
This is a target-driven sales role where the candidate must actively identify prospects, explain the benefits of solar power, government subsidy support, cost savings, and help convert leads into confirmed solar installation orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads for rooftop solar installation.
- Approach commercial buildings, offices, societies, institutions, shops, factories, and residential clusters.
- Explain PM Surya scheme benefits, solar savings, subsidy process, and installation advantages.
- Conduct basic requirement discussions with customers and coordinate site visits.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
- Maintain daily lead reports, follow-up status, and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with technical/site teams for feasibility checks and quotation preparation.
- Build relationships with RWAs, builders, societies, business owners, and local influencers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Support marketing activities, local campaigns, and referral generation.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in solar, real estate, insurance, banking, telecom, fintech, or field/B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain financial savings and product benefits clearly.
- Must be comfortable with lead generation, cold calling, field visits, and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Should be target-oriented, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 per month
- Variable Incentive: 5% of sales value closed
- Strong earning potential based on performance.
