Job Title: Software Tester (Fresher)

Salary: This is a 2-month internship without stipend. Will be converted into employee based on performance.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through manual and automated testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Identify, record, and track bugs or issues in the software
- Work closely with the development team to resolve defects
- Ensure software meets quality standards before release
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Knowledge of manual testing and familiarity with automation tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to document results clearly
- Understanding of web and mobile application testing
- Basic knowledge of programming or database concepts (added advantage)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
- 0 to 1 year of experience in software testing (freshers may also apply)
