Job Description: Facility Officer
Role Overview
The Facility Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day office facility operations and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained workplace.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations, including housekeeping, pantry services, office maintenance, employee transportation, and employee meals.

Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance activities such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related services.

Support access management, including Cybercity/SEZ cards and visitor management processes.

Ensure hygiene, safety, and workplace compliance standards are consistently maintained.

Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and other consumables.

Address and resolve employee facility-related issues and service requests in a timely manner.

Assist in safety and compliance initiatives, including fire drills, audits, and inspections.

Maintain accurate facility-related documentation, records, and MIS reports.
Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of office maintenance procedures and workplace safety practices.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum Two years experience in Administration and facility

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel for preparing MIS and facility-related reports.

Strong sense of ownership with a proactive problem-solving approach.
