Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Manage end-to-end residential property sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct site visits and provide clients with detailed project presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor sales pipeline through CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with channel partners to generate consistent business opportunities.
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure monthly sales targets and revenue goals are consistently achieved.
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
