Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Principal to lead our institution in Pune. The ideal candidate will be an academic leader with strong administrative abilities, committed to fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, and innovation in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to teaching and non-teaching staff
- Develop and implement academic policies, curriculum plans, and school programs
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards
- Monitor faculty performance and oversee staff development programs
- Build a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Manage school operations including budgeting, infrastructure, and resource planning
- Maintain strong communication with parents, community, and educational authorities
- Drive initiatives for student development, discipline, and academic success
- Represent the institution in external forums, inspections, and events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed. or Master’s Degree in Education/Administration preferred)
- 8–15 years of experience in the education sector, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Deep understanding of academic standards, curriculum design, and staff evaluation

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
