Role overview
As a Sales Executive, you will take qualified leads from the pre-sales team and guide them through the full sales journey — from site visits and presentations to negotiations and deal closures. You will be responsible for meeting revenue targets and ensuring a seamless buying experience for every client.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and walkthroughs with prospective buyers
- Convert warm leads received from the pre-sales team into closed deals
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms with clients within company guidelines
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
- Manage documentation — booking forms, agreements, and post-sale coordination
- Track pipeline and update software with accurate lead status and deal progress
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by the management team
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in real estate
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of Bengaluru's real estate landscape — localities, pricing, and demand trends
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages preferred
- Comfortable with CRM tools, documentation, and basic MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
