Role:
- Managing purchase - Forecasting purchase requirements, preparation of budgets/plan, and ensuring uninterrupted supplies.
- Inventory Management - Tracking of inventory across outlets, co-ordinating with third party warehouses across different geographies, managing supplies to the outlet.
- Logistics - Supply chain management, movement of goods from vendors to warehouses and to the outlets.
- Optimizing sourcing -Soliciting new vendors for supply of products keeping in mind the quality and cost considerations.
- New product - Identification and sourcing
- Ensuring adherence to the SOP’s laid out and refine the processes.
- We are looking for a candidate who has
- Expertise and experience in handling Purchase, Inventory and Logistics preferably in F&B or retail.
- Worked on ERP or Inventory management systems
- Source food ingredients, packaging materials, consumables, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service agreements with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor network.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and periodic performance reviews.
- Comfortable working on Excel and other MS office tools.
Experience
- Minimum 1 years in a QSR, Restaurant, Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
