Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to manage legal documentation, contracts, and compliance-related tasks. The candidate will support daily legal operations by preparing documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with external legal advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and format legal documents (contracts, agreements, affidavits, etc.)
- Maintain organized records of all legal and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with lawyers, consultants, and government authorities
- Handle filing of documents with relevant departments/registries
- Ensure company compliance with local laws and regulations
- Track deadlines, renewals, and legal obligations
- Conduct basic legal research when required
- Assist in preparing case files and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (LLB preferred but not mandatory)
- 1 year of experience in legal documentation or a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of legal formats and documentation processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and document management
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
