Job Overview
99Degree North is looking for a smart, energetic, and professional Business Operations Executive to support our daily business operations, institutional outreach, lead generation, and client communication activities. The candidate will play an important role in building databases, managing communication with schools, colleges, sports academies, dealers, and supporting overall operational growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and maintain databases of schools, colleges, universities, sports academies, and dealers
- Conduct professional cold calling and institutional outreach
- Handle follow-ups with interested clients and maintain proper communication records
- Manage and update Excel/Google Sheets databases
- Coordinate quotations, catalogues, and client requirements with internal teams
- Share company profiles, brochures, and proposals through WhatsApp and email
- Conduct competitor and market research related to sports products and institutional sales
- Support administrative and operational activities of the company
- Prepare daily work reports and maintain organized records
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and speaking skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Professional attitude and good organizational skills
- Confidence in client communication and calling
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operations, telesales, lead generation, customer support, or business development is a plus
- Interest in sports or sports industry preferred

Monday to Saturday09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
