Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food Professional with strong expertise in kitchen operations, product development, and menu engineering. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, drive innovation, and ensure high-quality food production while mentoring teams.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Passion for food, cooking, and preparation techniques
Strong understanding of end-to-end food processes – procurement to service
Ability to design menus and develop innovative food concepts
Hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD) & recipe formulation
Expertise in SOP creation, standardization, and process improvement
Leadership skills to guide, coach, and monitor kitchen teams
Creative mindset to innovate with alternative ingredients
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance (FSSAI)
Experience handling quality audits and safety standards
Exposure to multi-cuisine & beverage knowledge
Mastery in culinary techniques (sautéing, grilling, roasting, etc.)
Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations, upkeep, and maintenance
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tools, and scheduling software
Strong communication skills in professional English

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
