Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Directs daily OT activities, including scheduling surgeries, staff duty rosters, and managing the recovery room.
- Infection Control & Safety: Ensures strict adherence to aseptic techniques, sterilization protocols (CSSD), and biomedical waste disposal.
- Staff Leadership: Supervises and trains OT nurses and technicians; acts as a role model.
- Material Management: Manages inventory of surgical supplies, medications, and equipment maintenance, ensuring everything is functional before procedures.
- Coordination: Bridges communication between surgeons, anaesthetists, and hospital administration.
- Documentation: Ensures accurate, completed documentation of all surgical procedures, checklists, and consent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,659.37 per month
