- Prepare and bake breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, muffins, and other baked products.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Decorate cakes and pastries using icing, fondant, creams, and other decorative techniques.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
