We are hiring a motivated and confident Telecaller for our Night Shift team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls
- Explain company products/services to customers
- Generate leads and follow up with clients
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage
Shift: Night Shift
Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹12,300.00 per month
