About the Role
Nexgen360Digital is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our on-site team in Egmore, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with potential customers, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.
Requirements
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
