Job Overview:
We are looking for a Performance & Digital Marketing Executive to manage paid campaigns, improve online visibility, generate qualified leads, and optimize marketing ROI across digital platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, analytics, SEO, social media advertising, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube campaigns
- Manage performance marketing budgets and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Handle SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns.
- Track website performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Search Console
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Meta Business Manager
- SEO & SEM
- Google Analytics
- Understanding of conversion tracking and pixel setup.
- Experience with lead generation and ecommerce campaigns.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CRM tools, and email marketing is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads preferred.
