ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are two premium real estate brands operating out of Defence Colony, South Delhi — Rent A Roof (a high-end residential and commercial consultancy firm) and SNC Promoters & Developers (a 25-year-old construction and design firm). We are building a lean but serious marketing team and are looking for a performance marketer who has moved beyond the basics and can own paid media end-to-end across both brands.
This is not a junior role. You will manage real ad budgets, be accountable for lead quality (not just volume), and work directly with the founders on strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Plan, execute and optimise Meta ad campaigns across Rent A Roof (residential + commercial) and SNC — from awareness to conversion.
- Build and refine custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting pools for both brands and their distinct target segments (HNIs, South Delhi homeowners, expats, investors).
- Manage monthly ad budgets, allocate spend across campaigns, and report on ROI with accountability.
- Lead ad copy planning — brief the creative team on hooks, formats, and messaging for Meta and Google; review outputs before launch.
- Set up and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube pre-roll) to complement the Meta funnel.
- Conduct lead quality analysis — not just CPR and volume, but actual qualification rate, drop-off points, and downstream conversion to calls and closures.
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages; document learnings and apply them to future campaigns.
- Maintain campaign performance dashboards; present weekly/monthly reports to the team with clear insights and next steps.
- Stay current with Meta Ads Manager updates, Google Ads features, and platform algorithm changes relevant to real estate lead generation.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF
- You have 2–4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, ideally in real estate, services, or high-consideration purchases.
- You understand the difference between a cheap lead and a good lead — and you optimise accordingly.
- You have worked with custom audiences, pixel setup, conversion events, and campaign budget optimisation (CBO/ABO).
- You have Google Ads experience — Search campaigns, ad groups, keyword strategy, bidding.
- You are comfortable reading data and making decisions from it — not just pulling reports.
- You can write a solid ad brief (you don't need to design, but you know what makes a good hook and why).
- You are based in or willing to commute to Defence Colony daily — this is a full-time on-site role.
WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
- Someone who manages ads through a third-party agency without direct platform access.
- Someone whose main metric is impressions or reach — we care about qualified leads and pipeline.
- Freshers or trainees — this role requires someone who can operate independently.
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience running ads for real estate, luxury services, or premium consumer brands in Delhi/NCR.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp-based lead funnels (both brands convert via WhatsApp first).
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, including pixel events and CAPI setup.
- Experience with lead qualification workflows — CRM tagging, lead scoring, etc.
