Position Overview:
As an interior designer intern, you will assist our design team in various aspects of the design process, from concept development to project execution. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the interior design industry and contribute to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations
- Create floor plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings using design software
- Conduct research on materials, furnishings, and design trends
- Collaborate with team members on project tasks and deadlines
- Attend client meetings and assist in preparing design proposals
- Support the team in sourcing and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Help maintain project documentation and organization
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A passion for interior design and a desire to learn and grow in the field
