Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and mobilize various deposit products such as RD, FD, savings schemes, and investment plans.
- Generate new customers through field visits, references, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify customer financial needs and suggest suitable deposit and loan products.
- Promote and source loan products including personal loans, business loans, vehicle loans, gold loans, etc.
- Achieve monthly targets for deposit mobilazation and loan disbursement.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product benefits, terms, and procedures.
- Collect required documents and coordinate with the internal team for processing.
- Follow up with customers for loan applications, repayments, and renewals.
- Maintain daily activity reports, customer records, and sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Develop market opportunities and increase company business growth.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
