Required: Purchase Manager (Civil Materials)
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong knowledge of civil construction materials and vendor management.
Experience Required:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement of civil materials
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement of civil construction materials such as Steel, Cement, Aggregates, Sand, Bricks, RMC, etc.
- Managing and developing civil material vendors and suppliers
- Negotiating rates, contracts, and payment terms
- Coordinating with site engineers and project managers for material requirements
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites
- Maintaining purchase records and cost control
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and market rates
- Experience handling site vendors and local suppliers
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple site requirements
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
