Job Description
- Finalization of books of accounts: Ensures timely and Accurate Completion of Monthly Financial Accounts, Prepares provisional balance sheet, monthly/quarterly financial statements and CMA as per the statutory / bank requirement.
- Direct Tax : Prepares & files Income tax returns of the company, Directors, etc; finalization of tax audit, compiles details for assessment & appeals before the Income tax in liaison with Tax consultant; preparation of Income tax computation for purpose of Advance tax; preparation of Form 15CA for foreign remittance; prepares & files quarterly TDS & TCS returns; computation of Equalization levy tax and its return;
- Indirect Tax: Payment of correct GST, filing of returns and other related compliances.
- Stock taking: Arranges physical stock taking and reconciles with the book.
- Prepares MIS report as required by the management like invoice tracker, ageing report for inventory, payables, advance, and receivables, sales status like booking, collection, receivables status.
- Prepares Debit / Credit outstanding report and send it to credit control department.
- Banking Area :-
- Prepares Bank proposals for renewal / enhancement in working capital & term loan limits.
- Submits monthly stock statement & other details periodically as required by banks and ensure maintaining of DP limit.
- Verification of various bank charges and LC, BG documents
- Develop and manage all financial and accounting processes while ensuring adequate financial controls
- Ensure timely renewal of all insurance policies and verification of terms and conditions.
- Due diligence of all leave & license agreement and ensure its timely renewal.
- MCA / ROC :- Finalization of Statutory Audit, compilation of details for Cost Audit, preparation of Board Resolutions, verification & timely filing of various ROC forms and Minutes in liaison with Company Secretary. Ensures compliance of Company’s Act and other legal documents and forms.
- Develops & maintains internal control & effective accounting system.
