We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage field operations, guide team members, and ensure smooth execution of NGO programs and activities. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, field experience, and a passion for social development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field staff and volunteers.
- Plan, execute, and monitor NGO projects and activities.
- Coordinate with local communities, stakeholders, and authorities.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of project activities.
- Conduct team meetings, training, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and productivity within the team.
- Support awareness campaigns, surveys, and community outreach programs.
- Achieve project targets within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in NGO or community development work.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work in field locations and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools).
Preferred Qualities
- Problem-solving attitude
- Community engagement experience
- Ability to motivate and guide teams
- Fluency in Hindi; English communication is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
