Account Manager
An account manager is responsible for managing the financial health of an organization by overseeing budgeting, financial planning, reporting, investments, and compliance. They help management make strategic financial decisions to improve profitability and business growth. Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage company budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions
- Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations to management
- Develop strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Evaluate investment opportunities and financial risks
- Work closely with department heads for budget planning and cost control
- Supervise finance and accounting staff
- Support business planning and decision-making with financial insights
- Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- MBA, CA, CMA, or CPA is preferred
- Experience in financial management or accounting roles
