- Strategy Development: Create and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Crisant’s marketing goals.
- Content Creation & Curation: Develop engaging content across platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community.
- Performance Analysis: Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and report insights to refine strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices across all major social media platforms.

- Key Skills:
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Content Creation: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with video editing tools.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to drive engagement and growth.
- Creativity & Storytelling: Skilled in crafting messages and visuals that resonate with audiences and reflect brand identity.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends and platform updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
