Job Description – Housekeeping Manager (School)Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations and maintain cleanliness across the campus.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, prepare duty rosters, and monitor attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Act as the communication bridge between the client and the company office.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for manpower, payroll inputs, materials, uniforms, and operational requirements.
- Support recruitment by coordinating replacements whenever an employee leaves the organization.
- Ensure all housekeeping checklists, registers, attendance, and reports are completed and maintained.
- Monitor cleaning quality, conduct inspections, and resolve client complaints promptly.
- Manage housekeeping materials, chemicals, and machines efficiently.
- Conduct staff training and ensure compliance with safety and company SOPs.
- Submit daily and monthly reports to management.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
