Job description:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Architect with strong expertise in building construction, capable of handling design coordination, site execution, and project management. The candidate should have a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and structural systems.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of building construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Good understanding of RCC, steel structures, and foundation systems
- Site supervision and project coordination skills
- Estimation and costing knowledge
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 2–5+ years of experience in building construction
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential or commercial projects
- Familiarity with local construction practices (especially relevant in Kerala)
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices
- Basic understanding of MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
