Job Description: International Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The International Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving global sales and marketing initiatives for conveyor belt products, focusing on international market expansion, brand visibility, and client acquisition. The role involves managing international B2B and B2C operations, developing distributor networks, and representing the company at global exhibitions and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
International Marketing & Sales:
· Develop and implement international and domestic marketing strategies specifically for conveyor belt products.
· Plan and execute branding initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns to strengthen global market presence.
· Conduct international market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring within the conveyor belt and industrial products segment.
· Promote new and existing conveyor belt solutions in line with company objectives and global customer requirements.
International Business Development & Client Management:
· Identify, develop, and manage relationships with international clients, dealers, distributors, traders, and OEMs in the conveyor belt industry.
· Expand and manage global dealer and distributor networks.
· Handle international B2B and B2C operations, coordinating closely with internal sales, production, and logistics teams.
· Respond to international inquiries and prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and tax invoices for overseas clients.
Operational & Strategic Coordination:
· Coordinate with plant and operations teams to support production planning, dispatches, and international logistics.
· Maintain monthly reports covering international sales performance, client visits, OEM activities, and account management.
· Plan, organize, and attend international exhibitions, trade fairs, and overseas client meetings, including stall management and promotional materials.
Digital Marketing & Online Promotion:
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting global markets for conveyor belt products.
· Use online platforms and digital channels for international lead generation and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
· 8–10 years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in conveyor belts, industrial products, or manufacturing sectors.
· Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing, export documentation, global supply chain coordination, and international trade processes.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Proven track record of achieving international sales targets and driving global business growth.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Valid Passport is mandatory.
· Must have prior experience visiting foreign countries for international marketing, sales, exhibitions, or client meetings related to industrial or conveyor belt products.
· Willingness to travel internationally as per businessVirar requirements.
