Job Responsibilities
Make and receive calls as assigned.
Communicate professionally and courteously.
Update call status and records in the system.
Follow company guidelines and call scripts.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
This Role Does Not Involve
No sales.
No marketing.
No revenue targets.
No cold calling.
Requirements
Fluent in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Must own a working laptop.
Must own a 5G smartphone.
Quiet environment for making professional calls.
Honest, punctual and responsible.
Company Provides
5G SIM card with sufficient data.
Training and onboarding.
Calling script and required work tools.
Working Hours
Part-Time (3–5 hours per day)
Monday to Saturday
Flexible timings.
Salary
Fixed monthly salary based on experience and working hours.
