Job Title: Restaurant Cashier

Job Summary
The Restaurant Cashier is responsible for handling billing, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial transactions at the restaurant. The role also involves providing courteous customer service and maintaining proper records of daily sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate bills using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions.
- Ensure correct billing and maintain proper records of all transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling payments.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Maintain the cash counter, POS system, and billing area in an organized manner.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the manager/accounts team.
- Handle guest queries related to bills and payments.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the cash counter.
- Follow company policies related to cash handling and financial procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software
- Good numerical and accounting skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
Qualifications
- Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
- 1–2 years experience as a cashier in a restaurant, café is mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge required
Salary
As per company standards + incentives+ Tips (if applicable).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
