Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physical Director to oversee and enhance the physical education and sports activities of the college. The candidate will be responsible for promoting fitness, organizing sports events, and fostering a culture of health and teamwork among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and conduct physical education programs for the MBA students
- Train and prepare students for intercollegiate sports and competitions
- Maintain sports facilities, equipment, and records
- Organize annual sports events, fitness programs, and wellness initiatives
- Motivate students to actively participate in physical activities
- Ensure discipline and safety during sports activities
Qualifications:
- Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed) from a recognized university
- Relevant experience in teaching/training (preferred)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Passion for sports, fitness, and student development
Desirable:
- Participation/achievement in state or national level sports
- Knowledge of modern fitness practices and sports management
Salary: As per norms of the institution / regulatory bodies
