Lead Employee Relations Partner
Locations: Hyderabad / Mumbai, India
This position is responsible for providing expert advice and support to managers and employees on workplace issues, ensuring compliance with India employment laws, managing conflicts, conducting investigations, and promoting positive employee relations within the organization . The position also will provide some ER support to operations in other Regions and to the overall global ER function .
Advising on Employment Law: Provide guidance to managers and employees on interpreting and applying India employment law, including issues related to performance management, disciplinary action, leave entitlements, termination of employment, and workplace harassment.
Workplace Investigations: Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints related to misconduct, performance issues, discrimination, or harassment, ensuring due process and documenting findings effectively.
Case Management: Handl e a caseload of employee relations issues, tracking progress, escalating complex cases to senior HR, and providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
