We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage our brand presence across popular social media platforms and run effective paid advertising campaigns. The candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of handling both organic social media activities and paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
The ideal candidate should understand how to create engaging content, improve audience reach, generate leads, track campaign performance, and optimize ads for better results.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Experience in education, healthcare, IT services, or B2B marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Digital marketing certification from Google, Meta, HubSpot.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media pages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels.
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan and publish posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions, ad copy, and social media content aligned with the brand tone.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement across platforms.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Facebook Ads
- Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Set up campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective spending.
- Perform audience targeting based on demographics, interests, behavior, location, and custom audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve results.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers to create high-quality creatives.
- Suggest ideas for social media posts, ad banners, reels, short videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all creatives and messaging are aligned with the brand and campaign objectives.
- Repurpose existing content into social media-friendly formats.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze social media and paid campaign performance.
- Identify what is working and recommend improvements.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and other reporting platforms.
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign outcomes.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of popular social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X/Twitter.
- Experience in running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, landing pages, and digital marketing funnels.
- Good writing skills for captions, ad copies, and promotional content.
- Ability to understand target audiences and create platform-specific content.
- Knowledge of campaign tracking, pixels, conversion tracking, and remarketing is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,749.84 per month
