Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day finishing activities and ensure timely completion of the project while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, joinery, and interior works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project engineers for smooth execution.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor labour productivity and daily site progress.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify execution issues.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and safety regulations.
- Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate material requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- 5–8 years of experience in residential or commercial finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, quality standards, and site execution.
- Good communication and team management skills.
Pay: ₹8,931.54 - ₹45,344.88 per month
