Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and monitor civil construction projects from start to finish.
Supervise site execution, layouts, infrastructure development, and finishing work.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Estimate project costs and control expenses to avoid overruns.
Conduct quality checks on soil, concrete, steel, and other materials.
Manage labor workforce, ensure discipline, and reduce turnover.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.
Handle contractor billing, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
Conduct site visits and ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee AutoCAD site layouts, interior finishing, and site maintenance.
Preferred Location: Noida, Delhi NCR Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in civil project management, site supervision, and infrastructure development.
Nature: Full-Time
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
