The duty of a comi 2nd is assist the comi 1st to make meal and set all mis en place as per the menu. Control and train the comi 2, comi 3rd and kitchen trainees
Qualification... Comi 1st must have minimum 3to 4 year experience in star hotels or classified restaurants.
