Ltd., a premier cold storage facility in Assam, is looking for a dynamic and strategic Cold Storage WDRA Manager to help establish and expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the business: Drive business development efforts, including exploring new customer segments, expanding service offerings, and scaling operations to meet increasing demand.
- Pioneering Effort: As the first person to spearhead the revenue generation efforts at this facility, your role will be crucial in laying the foundation for success and building the brand from the ground up.
- Banking and Financial Management: Oversee financial activities, including liaising with banks for financial operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise all aspects of cold storage facility operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Revenue and Cost Management: Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue, optimize cost management, and improve operational profitability.
- Facility and Supply Chain Management: Ensure proper facility maintenance, oversee the supply chain for perishable goods, and maintain cold storage infrastructure to the highest standards.
- Government and FCI Regulations: Familiarity with WDRA (Warehouse Development and Regulatory Authority) guidelines, FCI (Food Corporation of India) regulations, and relevant government policies is preferred.

Qualifications:
- MBA (or equivalent) with prior experience in cold storage management, supply chain logistics, or warehousing.
- Strong understanding of WDRA regulations, CDSL (Central Depository Services Limited), and related industry standards.
- Proven ability to drive business growth in an operations-heavy role.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with government or FCI standards is a plus.
