- Supervise and coordinate all body shop repair activities.
- Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor work progress.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in all repair and painting jobs.
- Inspect vehicles before delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time of repairs.
- Maintain proper documentation of job cards and repair records.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors and service advisors when required.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Implement safety standards and maintain housekeeping in the body shop.
- Train, guide, and evaluate technicians to improve performance.
- Handle customer concerns related to body repair work.
- Achieve body shop revenue, productivity, and quality targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
