Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Society Administrator & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and basic accounting activities of a residential/commercial society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain society records, documents, and resident databases.
- Handle maintenance billing, receipt entries, and payment follow-ups.
- Manage petty cash, vouchers, and basic accounting records.
- Coordinate with residents, vendors, and service providers.
- Assist in preparing reports, notices, and meeting documentation.
- Support daily office administration and society operations.
Requirements:
- Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant skills.
Salary: As per experience and suitability.
