What You'll Do-
- Strategy & Planning
- Create platform-specific strategies, monthly content calendars, and trend-driven campaigns focused on engagement and growth.
- Content & Creative Direction
- Develop creative briefs, write engaging captions/scripts, and ensure consistent brand voice across all content.
- Execution & Community Management
- Schedule and publish content, manage audience engagement, and coordinate with team.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track performance metrics, prepare actionable reports, and continuously optimize content using data insights.
Experience-
- 2 years of hands-on social media management experience (agency experience preferred).
Skills
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube algorithms and best practices
- Strong copywriting ability — you know how to write for both scroll and search.
