We are seeking an organized, enthusiastic, and proactive Office Administrator to manage our daily office operations and create a welcoming environment for our team and guests. Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Reception: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the office layout, conference rooms, and kitchen are clean, stocked, and organized daily.
- Inventory Management: Track and reorder office supplies, snacks, and stationery to keep the team running smoothly.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors (cleaning services, internet providers, maintenance technicians).
- Administrative Support: Assist HR and management with scheduling meetings, planning team events, and organizing digital files.

Experience
0–2 years of experience in an office environment, customer service, or retail. (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
Education
Any Degree. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any field of study is welcome—we value attitude and capability over a specific major.
Tech Skills
Basic proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, strong time-management, and a highly approachable personality.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
