Position: ABA Therapist
Location: KUDOZ CARE, Ghaziabad
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under professional supervision.
- Collect and maintain accurate data to track each child's progress.
- Work closely with Special Educators, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and parents.
- Promote communication, social, learning, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA techniques.
- Participate in team meetings and parent counselling sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Certification or training in ABA is preferred.
- Experience working with children with Autism and developmental disorders is an added advantage.
- Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to child development.
