Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hiring, leave, attendance, exit of employees.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in HR recruitment and operations.
✅ Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Identify and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
This is full time job in Sunny enclave Kharar hence apply only if you have a vehicle or planning to relocate here.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
