Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Mechanical Engineer (Fresher or up to 1 year of experience) to support engineering, project coordination, customer communication, and technical documentation activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong AutoCAD skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Interpret customer drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Project teams.
- Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare technical reports, quotations, documentation, and project-related records.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain engineering documentation and drawing revisions.
- Support management in daily engineering and project coordination activities.
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports using MS Excel and other Office applications.
- Learn and comply with company quality systems, safety standards, and engineering procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Above-average to expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong drafting and professional email-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Computer savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, professional ethics, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Candidates with internship or project experience in engineering manufacturing will have an added advantage.
