.Cracktal Media Solutions is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. The intern will assist with lead generation, market research, client outreach, follow-ups and sales activities while gaining practical exposure to the digital marketing industry.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in sales and marketing. The role involves interacting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and supporting the team in generating new business opportunities. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in designing social media posts, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.
2. Support the team in brainstorming and developing creative ideas.
3. Edit and retouch images as required.
4. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
5. Learn and apply the latest design trends and tools.
6. Stay updated with current social media trends, reels formats and creative styles.
7. Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content and Social Media teams to understand creative requirements.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic designing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools.
- Good understanding of social media content and current trends.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing content.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio/sample work is a plus.
