A Coordinator with Teaching Responsibilities is responsible for managing academic activities, supporting teachers, ensuring curriculum implementation, and handling administrative tasks while also teaching assigned classes. The role acts as a bridge between the management, teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth academic operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Coordination
- Monitor curriculum planning and execution.
- Prepare and review lesson plans and academic calendars.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and result analysis.
Teaching Responsibilities
- Teach assigned subjects/classes as per the timetable.
- Maintain lesson plans, student records, and assessment reports.
- Support students' academic progress and classroom discipline.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment classes when required.
Staff Management
- Guide and mentor teachers in teaching methodologies.
- Assist in teacher workload allocation and substitution arrangements.
- Organize training programs and professional development sessions.
- Monitor teacher attendance and performance.
Student & Parent Engagement
- Address academic concerns of students and parents.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and follow-up actions.
- Monitor student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare academic reports and documentation.
- Coordinate school events, competitions, and activities.
- Support admissions and student orientation programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience with leadership or coordination experience.

Workload
- Teaching Load: 12–18 periods per week (as assigned by management).
- Coordination and administrative responsibilities in addition to teaching duties.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
