Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated Real Estate Field Officers with proven experience in property sales. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to influence buying decisions while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Candidates must be confident in client interactions, site visits, visiting to broker office.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers, investors, brokers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and conduct regular meetings with brokers, channel partners, property consultants, and clients.
- Comfortable visiting broker offices, project sites, and partner locations to build and maintain business relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and expand broker and channel partner networks to generate qualified leads and drive sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry dynamics.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with confidence and professionalism.
- Convert inquiries into qualified prospects and drive sales closures.
- Consistently follow up on leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Own 2 or 4 wheeler
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
