• Develop and expand international export business opportunities
- Generate new international buyers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management
- Identify new markets, customer requirements, and business opportunities globally
Team Management
- Lead and manage the export sales team efficiently
- Coordinate daily tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure smooth workflow
- Guide team members towards achieving organizational goals and sales targets
- Maintain professional communication and operational discipline within the team
Exhibitions & Client Handling
- Represent the company at national and international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events
- Interact with buyers, understand product requirements, and present company offerings professionally
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads generated through exhibitions and meetings
- Build long-term business relationships with international clients and partners
Sales Operations & Deadline Management
- Handle complete export sales coordination from inquiry generation to final order execution
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation departments for timely dispatch and delivery
- Ensure all commitments, shipment schedules, and operational deadlines are achieved effectively
- Maintain accurate reporting related to sales, client communication, and order status
Problem Solving & Business Coordination
- Identify operational challenges, client concerns, and sales-related issues proactively
- Provide practical solutions for smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Support management with business growth ideas, process improvements, and market expansion plans
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
