Job Summary:
Advanced Grohair & GloSkin Clinic is looking for a qualified and passionate Aesthetic Doctor to join our Sainikpuri, Hyderabad clinic. The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge, excellent patient counselling skills and an interest in aesthetic medicine, skin and hair treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations and assess patients for skin, hair and aesthetic concerns.
- Recommend suitable treatment plans based on patient requirements.
- Perform aesthetic procedures as per clinical protocols and training.
- Handle procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation and hair treatments.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment procedures, benefits, expected outcomes and aftercare.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, hygiene and clinical quality.
- Build strong patient relationships and provide an excellent patient experience.
- Coordinate with the clinic team for smooth patient flow and treatment execution.
- Contribute towards consultation, treatment and clinic revenue targets.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in aesthetic and cosmetic treatments.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BAMS or relevant medical qualification as applicable.
- Experience: 1–5 years in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, Cosmetology, Hair Restoration or related fields preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in aesthetic medicine may also be considered.
- Experience in injectables, PRP, lasers or other aesthetic procedures will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Good clinical judgement, professional attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and confident personality.
- Target-oriented with a patient-first approach.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
