Role Overview
We are hiring 2 Influencer Marketing Executives to identify, reach out to, and manage collaborations with content creators across AI, Tech, Productivity, and Career Coaching niches. You will own the end-to-end influencer pipeline — from outreach and negotiation to content review and ad rights acquisition — primarily for the Be10x brand.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Identification & Outreach
- Identify and reach out to influencers creating content around AI, Tech, Productivity, and Career Coaching on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Execute WhatsApp and email outreach campaigns; share collaboration briefs covering video shoot expectations, deliverables, and hooks for Be10x.
Negotiation & Contracting
- Negotiate payment terms with influencers using a cost-per-view (CPV) model — strong negotiation skills are essential.
- Review invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for timely clearance.
- Secure ad rights for all influencer-generated content.
Content Collaboration & Review
- Conduct Google Meet calls with influencers to discuss vision, expectations, and campaign goals.
- Fine-tune scripts and review video drafts before co-founder approval.
- Coordinate edits with influencers to ensure final content meets brand standards.
Research & Strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and fine-tune ad strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all outreach, conversations, and deal stages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing influencer outreach CRM — tracking pipelines, follow-ups, and deal status.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly around CPV-based pricing models.
- Knack for marketing content — ability to assess hooks, scripts, and creative quality.
- Professional and clear communication across email, WhatsApp, and video calls.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working with influencer marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with the AI/Tech/EdTech content ecosystem on YouTube, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
