About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent sourcing, and HR operations, especially within the construction and engineering industry.
The intern will work closely with the recruitment team and assist in hiring activities, candidate coordination, job postings, and maintaining recruitment data.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Post job openings on various job portals and company platforms.
- Generating leads from social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support in creating and updating job descriptions.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Assist with daily HR and recruitment-related activities as required.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals is a plus.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
